HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin and clerical support to the HR Department
  • Maintain all HR documents such as 201 files, memos and reprimands
  • Coordinate with other departments on HR-related concerns
  • Act as frontliner/receptionist for the HR Department
  • Monitor employees' employment requirements
  • Assist in clearance administration and in exit interviews
  • Attend to employees' concerns

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Can start ASAP
