Job Responsibilities:

  • Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and account queries
  • Resolve customer issues by telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service



Job Requirements:

  • 6 months BPO experience
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree or 2 year Associate/Vocational course
  • We also consider fresh graduates without BPO experience with a 4 year course - we provide full training
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
  • Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
  • Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
