Application Support Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:

Tier 2 support for ordering and provisioning (order fulfilment) systems:

  • dot-sqrResolving trouble tickets
  • dot-sqrInvestigating issues with orders/systems
  • dot-sqrFinding root causes and engaging development team for permanent fixes
  • dot-sqrSupporting and monitoring production systems
  • dot-sqrCommunicating with other carriers to resolve issues
  • dot-sqrCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • dot-sqrExcellent written and verbal communication skills
  • dot-sqrExperience in XML, Web Services and SoapUI or similar tools
  • dot-sqrSQL knowledge (Oracle preferred)
  • dot-sqrExperience working with Unix/Linux operation systems
  • dot-sqrAbility to work with minimum supervision
  • dot-sqrExcellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • dot-sqrHave a sharp attention to detail and a "can do" attitude
  • dot-sqrApplicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • dot-sqrDesirable:
    •   Background in Telecoms
    •   Background in Order Fulfilment
    •   Shell scripting
    •   Experience in Java or other programming language
